Standard Orders
For standard shipping: Once you have successfully submitted your order, we will do our best to get your order packed and ready to ship within 1-5 business days. The package will then be in the hands of our mail carriers. You will be responsible for paying for any shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is damaged or the wrong item is shipped to you, we will cover the cost. Please reach out if this happens!
We will only exchange a product if it is damaged or came in the wrong size when shipped vs what was ordered. Please note if we do not have the inventory to replace this - you will receive a store credit.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
