Standard Orders
For standard shipping: Once you have successfully submitted your order, we will do our best to get your order packed and ready to ship within 1-5 business days. The package will then be in the hands of our mail carriers. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Golden Bean & Bloom at 412 Canterbury Court Appleton WI 5415, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for any shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is damaged or the wrong item is shipped to you, we will cover the cost. Please reach out if this happens!

We will only exchange a product if it is damaged or came in the wrong size when shipped vs what was ordered. Please note if we do not have the inventory to replace this - you will receive a store credit. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
